Role: Co-Designer

This project was a collaborative effort between myself and two other designers. We were tasked with developing a business idea combining two different industries. We went with a combination wine and book store. All three of us began by developing our logo, which ended up being a mix of my initial pitch and one of my team-mate's designs. From there each of us took on designing a product to be featured in the shop. After finishing the entire project and going our separate ways, I ended up re-working a few of the designs to fit my own vision. Initially, my contribution was the base of the logo and the bookmarks. Going back I redesigned the sign to go outside the business. The thought process was to create a 3D sign, with the bottle made from glass, three dimensional type and book on the back. It would theoretically be hung with wrought iron bars attached to a structural overhang to hold it up and keep it together.
